• A credit card is required to reserve a room.  However, you may use cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to pay for your room.

• Holidays, special events, and football weekends require a minimum stay.  However, sometimes a single night is available.
  

• Check-in: After 2 PM - With Leisurely Arrival Package

• Standard Check-in: 3 PM to 6 PM - Met by Innkeeper

• Check-out: 11:30 AM

• Carriage House Inn provides a non-smoking environment.

• There are no accommodations for pets.

• Rooms are limited to two people, and all guests must be over 14 years of age unless approved via email by Innkeeper.

• Cancellations must be received no later than 6 PM, Austin, Texas time, on the seventh (7th) day prior to the scheduled date of arrival, EXCEPT as follows:                                                                 Christmas, SXSW Music Festival, ACL Music Festival, Formula 1 Racing Event, Graduation Weekend,& reservations of three (3) or more guest rooms require that you cancel at least (30) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Guests that do not cancel reservations by these dates will be charged for all nights included in the reservation. All cancellations must be made by email to dcarriagehouse@aol.com, not by telephone.  RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER THE CANCELLATION DATE MAY NOT BE CANCELED WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL FOR ALL NIGHTS INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION.
