A credit card is required to reserve a room. However, you may use Cash, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to pay for your room.
- Holidays, special events, and football weekends require a minimum stay. However, sometimes a single night is available.

Sorry, there are no accommodations for pets. (All guests must agree that smoking in a guest room or taking a pet into a guest room will result in an additional $150 charge.)

Rooms are limited to two people, and all guests must be over 21 years of age unless approved in writing by Innkeeper.
- Cancellations must be received no later than 6 PM, Austin, Texas time, on the seventh (7th) day prior to the scheduled date of arrival, EXCEPT as follows: Christmas, SXSW Music Festival, ACL Music Festival, Formula 1 Racing Event, Graduation Weekend,& reservations of three (3) or more guest rooms require that you cancel at least (30) days prior to the scheduled date of the arrival.
- Guests that do not cancel reservations by these dates will be charged for all nights included in the reservation. All cancellations must be made by email to dcarriagehouse@aol.com, not by telephone. RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER THE CANCELLATION DATE MAY NOT BE CANCELED WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL FOR ALL NIGHTS INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION.
